Your Privacy Choices

Last Updated: July 15, 2026

Throughout this page, the words "Abmus," "we," "us," and "our" mean Abmus, which runs our website. Residents of qualifying U.S. states can use this page to act on the privacy rights their state grants, and it explains how to send us a request. Our Privacy Policy describes our data practices in full.

SECTION 1 - ABOUT THIS PAGE

Residents of qualifying U.S. states can use this page to send us the privacy requests their state's law allows. You might, for instance, ask us to show you, fix, or erase the personal information we keep, to give you a portable copy, to stop any "sale" or "sharing" of your data for advertising, to restrict how we use your sensitive personal information, to withdraw your consent to marketing, or to review an earlier decision.

SECTION 2 - WHO THIS APPLIES TO

Residents of U.S. states with a comprehensive consumer privacy law hold the rights listed below. At present these states include California, Texas, Florida, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Nebraska, Kentucky, Maryland, and Minnesota, and any other state with a comparable law. Rights, thresholds, and exceptions differ from state to state, and we will honor your request as fully as your state's law requires. People living in other states are still welcome to send us a request, and we will respond in good faith where we can.

SECTION 3 - WHAT YOU CAN REQUEST

Based on the state where you live, you may hold some or all of these rights:

  • Know which personal information we have gathered about you, including its categories, where it came from, why we use it, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to.
  • Access the particular pieces of personal information about you that we keep, by receiving a copy.
  • Correct information about you in our records that is not accurate.
  • Delete the personal information we obtained from you, apart from narrow exceptions the law permits.
  • Portability — obtain your information in a format that is portable and easy to reuse.
  • Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — tell us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning ads based on your activity on other companies' sites.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising on our website and in the marketing channels we use.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information to what is needed to deliver the products and services you asked for.
  • Withdraw consent to marketing (alternatively, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each marketing email, or reply STOP to a marketing text).
  • Appeal our decision if we refuse all or part of your request.
  • Non-discrimination — using these rights will never lead us to refuse you goods or services, to bill you at a different price, or to lower the quality we provide.

SECTION 4 - HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

Please send us your request by email as explained below. If you only wish to stop the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, you can use our opt-out form instead.

Email

Write to support@try-abmus.com with the subject line "PRIVACY REQUEST — [type of request]" (for instance, "PRIVACY REQUEST — Delete"). In your message, state (i) the kind of request you are making, (ii) your first and last name, (iii) the email address linked to your Abmus account or order, and (iv) the state where you live.

SECTION 5 - VERIFICATION

To keep your data safe, we have to confirm your identity before we release, correct, or erase personal information. We may ask for details we can compare with our records, such as the email address on your account, the number of an order, or the ZIP code a recent order was shipped to. We use verification details for that purpose alone, and if a reasonable alternative way to verify you exists, we will not refuse a verifiable request just because one method did not work.

SECTION 6 - AUTHORIZED AGENTS

An authorized agent may make a request for you if the agent gives us: (a) a copy of a power of attorney you signed under your state's law, OR a written permission signed by you that allows the agent to make this particular request; AND (b) enough information for us to confirm your identity through reasonable means. We may reach out to you directly to check that you authorized the agent. Where the agent is unable to show authorization, or we are unable to confirm who you are, we may refuse the request.

SECTION 7 - RESPONSE TIMELINE

Once we receive a verifiable request, we will answer it within forty-five (45) days. If reasonably necessary given how complex or numerous your requests are, we may take up to another forty-five (45) days. In that case, we will tell you before the first 45-day period ends and explain why.

SECTION 8 - FREE OF CHARGE

Responding to a verifiable request costs you nothing. We may, however, charge a reasonable fee to cover our administrative costs, or decline to act, when a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive (for instance, because the same request keeps being repeated). If we do so, we will tell you why and let you know that you can appeal.

SECTION 9 - RIGHT TO APPEAL

Should we turn down all or part of your request, you can appeal by replying to the email that told you about our decision, or by writing to support@try-abmus.com with the subject line "APPEAL" and a short explanation. We will reply within sixty (60) days. If we reject your appeal, you may contact the Attorney General of your state.

SECTION 10 - GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL (GPC)

Our website recognizes Global Privacy Control ("GPC"), a browser setting that tells the sites you visit that you object to the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising. If you live in a state whose law gives effect to GPC and your browser sends the signal when you visit our website, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of "sale" and "sharing." Because GPC works per browser, you may need to turn it on in every browser and on every device. To have the opt-out also cover information you gave us yourself (for example, the email address on your account), send us a request as described in Section 4 or use our opt-out form.

SECTION 11 - COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Our website uses cookies, tracking pixels, and pseudonymous identifiers tied to your device and browser to keep the website running, analyze usage, support our marketing, and measure how our ads perform. The service providers currently involved fall into these categories: an email and text message marketing provider; an advertising attribution provider, which also passes data on to advertising platforms; express checkout services; and our e-commerce platform provider, which handles hosting and payments. For a complete explanation, see the "Cookies and Similar Technologies" heading in our Privacy Policy. To stop the "sale" or "sharing" of your data for advertising, use our opt-out form, send a request as described in Section 4, or browse with GPC turned on.

SECTION 12 - CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA") give you further rights, among them the right to limit how we use and disclose your sensitive personal information. You also have certain rights under the state's "Shine the Light" statute, found at Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code. More information appears in our Privacy Policy under the headings "Sensitive Personal Information," "State-Specific Notes," and "California Shine the Light."

SECTION 13 - PRIVACY POLICY

A complete account of how we handle data is in our Privacy Policy. Your use of our website is also governed by our Terms of Service.

SECTION 14 - CONTACT

Send questions about this page or your privacy choices to support@try-abmus.com, or reach us through our Contact page.
