Mobile Messaging Terms
Last Updated: July 15, 2026
Throughout these Mobile Messaging Terms, the words “Abmus,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Abmus, which operates this website. These Mobile Messaging Terms (the “SMS Terms”) set the rules for your participation in the Abmus text-message program (the “Program”) and are a legally binding agreement between you and Abmus. When you sign up for the Program, you accept these SMS Terms together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Should you not accept them, please do not sign up, or use the opt-out steps described in Section 6.
SECTION 1 - PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Through the Program, Abmus sends recurring marketing text messages to mobile numbers whose owners have opted in. Program messages are delivered on our behalf by our email and SMS service provider. Messages may contain promotional offers, news about new products, back-in-stock alerts, reminders about items left in your cart, occasional surveys, and other marketing communications of a similar nature. We may introduce new types of messages or discontinue existing ones at our discretion, always within the limits of these SMS Terms and applicable law.
SECTION 2 - HOW TO OPT IN
You may join the Program in any of these ways:
- Ticking the SMS opt-in checkbox during checkout on our website. This checkbox is never pre-selected and is kept apart from any checkbox for email marketing, consistent with the one-to-one consent rule adopted by the Federal Communications Commission.
- Sending a designated keyword by text to an Abmus short code or long code, in cases where Abmus has made that keyword and number public.
- Entering your mobile number in an SMS sign-up form on our website (such as a pop-up window, an embedded form, or a landing page).
Prior express written consent. When you opt in, you give Abmus your prior express written consent, within the meaning of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (codified at 47 U.S.C. § 227 and following sections) and the related rules of the Federal Communications Commission, to send recurring autodialed marketing text messages to the mobile number you have provided. You understand that the Program relies on an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology to send messages. You also understand that agreeing to receive marketing texts is not a requirement for buying any product or service from Abmus.
SECTION 3 - MESSAGE FREQUENCY
The Program may send you as many as eight (8) marketing messages each month. In addition, you may occasionally receive transactional messages connected to your orders or subscription, such as shipping notices, delivery status updates, renewal reminders for subscriptions where relevant, and other customer-service messages. How often you hear from us can vary depending on your activity, whether you have an active subscription, and the timing of our marketing schedule.
SECTION 4 - CARRIER DISCLAIMER; COST
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may bill its standard message and data rates for each text you send or receive as part of the Program. Any charges from your wireless carrier are your sole responsibility. Abmus and its SMS service provider are not responsible or liable for messages that arrive late, never arrive, or reach the wrong recipient, for a failure by your carrier to deliver any message, or for anything your wireless carrier does or fails to do. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SECTION 5 - CONSENT IS NOT A CONDITION OF ANY PURCHASE
You do not have to agree to receive marketing text messages from Abmus in order to buy anything. All Abmus products and services can be bought without joining the Program. Joining is entirely optional, and you can leave whenever you like by following the steps in Section 6.
SECTION 6 - HOW TO STOP — OPTING OUT
You can revoke your consent and end marketing texts from the Program whenever you wish. Simply reply to any text message from Abmus with one of these keywords:
STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT
We act on opt-out requests as soon as they arrive. Once your request reaches us, we will send you a single last message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Following that confirmation, the Program will send you no further marketing messages unless you sign up again.
Another option is to write to support@try-abmus.com and ask to be removed from the Program. Please mention the mobile number you want to unsubscribe, so that we can locate it in our records.
SECTION 7 - HOW TO GET HELP
If you need help with the Program, reply HELP to any text message from Abmus. An automatic reply will be sent to you with our contact details and a link to these SMS Terms. You are also welcome to contact us at support@try-abmus.com or through our Contact page.
SECTION 8 - TRANSACTIONAL VS. MARKETING MESSAGES
Program messages fall into two distinct tracks: marketing messages and transactional messages. If you leave the marketing track by using the keywords listed in Section 6, you may still receive transactional messages linked to an open order, subscription, or account. Examples include order confirmations, shipping notices, delivery status updates, confirmations of account changes, security alerts, and any other messages needed to carry out or support a transaction that you started. If you want transactional messages related to an active subscription to stop, you need to cancel that subscription as described in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
SECTION 9 - ELIGIBILITY
Only persons aged 18 or older may join the Program. The Program is offered solely to customers of participating wireless carriers in the United States. By signing up, you confirm and guarantee that (a) you are 18 years of age or older, (b) you live in the United States, (c) you are the account holder for the mobile number you enter, or the account holder has expressly allowed you to add that number to the Program, and (d) you will let Abmus know without delay if your mobile number changes or is assigned to someone else.
SECTION 10 - FLORIDA TELEMARKETING ACT
Where these laws apply, Abmus makes efforts to follow the Florida Telemarketing Act, the Florida Do Not Call Program, and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act. Abmus may treat you as a Florida resident if your shipping address is located in Florida or if your mobile number has a Florida area code; in that case, the Florida Telemarketing Act may govern our communications with you. If you do not reside in Florida, you agree that you will not bring claims against Abmus under the Florida Do Not Call Program, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, or the Florida Telemarketing Act.
SECTION 11 - PRIVACY
Any information you give us in connection with the Program, such as your mobile number, the source of your opt-in, your message history, and data about how you engage with our messages, is collected, used, and shared as described in our Privacy Policy. We share this information with our SMS service provider and with the wireless carriers needed to deliver the messages. We never sell mobile numbers gathered through the Program, and we do not give those numbers to third parties so that they can market their own products or services.
SECTION 12 - CHANGES TO THESE SMS TERMS
We may update these SMS Terms periodically. If a change is material, we will give you notice at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect, by publishing the revised SMS Terms on our website and, if we have your contact details, by sending you an email or text message. If you keep participating in the Program after a change becomes effective, you accept the revised SMS Terms. If you disagree with the revised SMS Terms, you need to opt out as explained in Section 6 before the change takes effect.
SECTION 13 - CONTACT
If you have questions about the Program, these SMS Terms, or a message you received from us, please reach out to:

SECTION 14 - CARRIER COMPATIBILITY
The Program works with most major wireless carriers in the United States, including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Sprint. Not every carrier may support the Program, and the list of supported carriers can change at any time and without prior warning. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Whether a message is delivered depends on your carrier’s coverage, the state of its network, and the settings on your device, and Abmus and its SMS service provider have no control over any of these.
